1. Booking:
All bookings must be made exclusively on our website, subject to availability. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made only by VISA or Mastercard. Payments by bank transfer are also possible, contact us by email at contact@performanceskischool.com.

2. Balance Payment:
The remaining balance can be paid online before the first lesson or in cash directly to the instructor on the day of your first lesson.

3. Exclusions:
Equipment hire is not offered by Performance Ski School. Lift passes are not included in our services. Clients must purchase them separately.

4. Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be made at least one month before the start of the ski lessons to qualify for a refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Safety:
Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by the ski resort or the instructor. The use of helmets is strongly recommended for everyone's safety.

6. Responsibility:
Performance Ski School is not responsible for accidents occurring during ski lessons.

7. Privacy:
Clients' private information is not shared with third parties. Payments made online are totally secure, and Performance Ski School has no access to clients' credit card information.

8. Use of Images:
Photos and videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes of Performance Ski School only. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us in advance.

9. Health Disclosure:
Clients must inform the ski school of any disabilities or health problems so that instructors can adapt the lessons accordingly.

10. Jurisdiction:
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of Chambéry, France.
