Purpose
These terms govern the online booking of ski and snowboard lessons offered by Performance Ski School (Altitude Performance SL).
Booking and payment
Booking is done online. A 50% deposit is required when booking, by Visa or Mastercard, with no hidden fees. The balance is paid before the first lesson, by card or cash.
Secure payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider compliant with the 3D Secure standard — Performance Ski School never has access to your card details. Visa and Mastercard are accepted (American Express is not). The balance can also be paid by bank transfer; contact us for the details. No extra bank charges apply.
Rates
Displayed rates are in euros. They depend on the package, duration, season and number of participants, and are calculated automatically when booking.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel booked lessons up to one month before the first lesson. The refund is made directly to the card used for payment when booking. After that period, any change request must be sent as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Ski lifts closed
If all the ski lifts are closed, in particular due to extreme weather or technical issues, that day's lessons are refunded.
Lesson conduct
Off-piste lessons last 3h minimum. Safety equipment (transceiver, shovel, probe) is available as an add-on from our partner shops. Participants must have the level required for the chosen package.
Emergencies and safety
In the event of an emergency, accident or feeling unwell during a lesson, the Performance Ski School instructor alerts emergency services, relatives and parents, and provides any assistance needed.
Liability
Skiing and snowboarding involve risks inherent to the activity. Performance Ski School accepts no liability in the event of failure to follow the instructor's guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
